High Protein Peanut Butter Chocolate Balls

I am always looking to find creative ways to get my protien in for the day.  I typically consume between 125-135 grams a day!  My clients are always asking for ideas in how to get their protein in as well because let's be honest protein shakes get redundant.

These protein balls take under 15 minutes to make start to finish (including clean up) and you most likely already have everything in your pantry to make them!  They are also great to make for the week and just pop one after lunch or dinner when you are craving something sweet!

If you want to eat one at a time, then weigh out the batch after you mix it together and then make sure the balls you have are a consistent weight. This way you can know exactly how many macros per ball.

INGREDIENTS:

1 tablespoon of crunchy peanut butter

5 tbsp of unsweetened almond milk

1 scoop of whey protein. I used unflavored but cinnamon and chocolate would be yummy as well!

25g of 85% dark chocolate

1 tbsp of raw cocoa powder

2 tbsp of coconut flour

2 packets of Truvia or Stevia

1 tbsp of Pb2 (optional but adds more peanut butter flavoring)

DIRECTIONS:

Mix everything together except the dark chocolate.

Once everything is mixed together melt the dark chocolate according to instructions on the packet

Separate the dough evenly into balls to about 8 total.

Dip the balls in chocolate

Put in fridge until the chocolate has hardened!
