My program is not a quick fix. It’s not a diet or restriction plan. Why? Because quick fixes don’t work and don’t last. I am all about the LONG TERM SOLUTION. Does it require that you pay attention to your body and it’s needs? Yes. Does it require some discipline and planning? Of course! Is it doable for the new mom and the traveling career person? Yes!
